When i I spoke to them, i I came to know that they were too scared to speak in front of people. The main problem is that the atmosphere was so strict and full of rules for the first year students. So i I thought of organising them into a club where their friends or their seniors organize the club and make them speak in front of other students.</span></span> <span style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;"><br/></span>
