<p style="text-align: justify&nbsp;"><span style="font-size:medium&nbsp;">My name is Xiaoying LUO, is a sophomore from Zhejiang University. I major in Innovation Fellow and an undergraduate studying Tourism and Hospitality&nbsp;Management. When I entered the universityShe believes that innovation and entrepreneurship is everywhere, I was supposed to learn and definitely it will occur in science and technology, but I feel like I am more interested or in businessand arts. I therefore chose management as my majorAs for the traditional hospitality industry, and I strongly believe that you can do the best if you put your full effort in and combine your studies with it does call for innovation , and entrepreneurshipshe is struggling to make a change. I'm most passionate about solving education problems  In Zhejiang University, she was involved in rural areas. In August 2016Chu kochen Honor’s college Student Union, and held “etiquette culture lecture”, “Four Honor Colleges Interexchange Activity of the Yangtze River Delta Area”, we students went and made a 40-people group to Languan Lan’guan primary school, Weng'an in Weng’an County, Guizhou Province to do teach for two weeks which was admired by Zhejiang University and reported on the long-term teaching local television of 14 days. I've really had the most meaningful and unforgettable time thereGuizhou. Besides she is member of the memorable moments we spent together and the promise we made to see them next year. We are sorry to find that their education quality is so poor that their English classes are replaced by other lessons and teachers are in great demand. Another thing is that children there are extremely brilliant and talented. They are sure to make achievements if they have better chances. But by visiting their homeStudent Union of College of Management, I found that she takes part in their deep mind, they want negotiating with sponsors to go outside to see guarantee the world, they want to go to good universitiesactivities in schools. But what depresses us  &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; She is that parents don't ask much for their kids, most of them think their kids will stay interested in the county leading a simple life with them. We all know that in this case, they cannot change their destiny. I really plan that to do long time connection with the children , bring them books, knowledge innovation and importantly , encourage them to pursue own dreams, and I'm optimistic about them and determined to do small improvements with them! I want to attend UIF entrepreneurship program, because it empowers us to become agents of change at their schools.
