== Section 1 Prerequisites ==
When forming a stakeholders group, we need to keep in mind that this group will not be consisting of people with common perspective of things. Although the aim or objective of the group is same, the perspective of one person might be in total disagrement with another. So we need to act as a active mediator in order to calm things down. We must think on common grounds and should be able to provide a suitable solution that will satisfy all the people in the group.
=== Stakeholder's Requirement ===
A stakeholder must be broad-minded and should be able to think from everyone's perspective. He should be able to confidently put forward the facts and issues that will effect the lives of people. He should be accepting change and have a strong entrepreneurial mindset. He must be someone that really feels the need to change the things for better.
