Therefore, an important step is to accept that we do possess them. In order to unite everyone tasks need to be done that promote teamwork. Thus, allowing everyone to contribute and work towards a final goal. This process will allow everyone to see the value in diversity, and that they need people of all types in order for a company or group to be dynamic.</span></span><div><br/></div>
