<span style="font-familysize:georgia,seriflarger;">DECA which stands for,&nbsp;<span class="st">''Distributive Education Clubs of America,''</span> is an international association that aims to prepare young emerging leaders/entrepreneurs in the fields of high school marketing, finance, hospitality, and college student and teachers of different areas of business such management. &nbsp;Participation can begin as early as financeninth grade, marketing sales and hospitalitycontinue until college graduation. The idea of this organization is &nbsp;DECA strives to &nbsp;</span><span style="font-size: larger;">prepare leaders and entrepeneurs young students for careers in all business areas. DECA has two student divisions each with programs designed to cater to different learning styles, focus and interest of its members. The High School Division includes 190,000 members in 3,500 schools and The Collegiate Division which formerly was known as Delta Epsilon Chi includes over 15,000 members in 200 colleges and universities.</span>
