Grouping may be done according to the strenghts of individuals or else asking them to join the group of intrests . An organisation will be more successful only when the employees work according to their passion. A miscelleneous consulting organisation consists of all the above departments. So one should make sure that the grouping should be done according to their intrests. Make sure that you recruit only people that are passionate to work.Do not take any chance in recruiting because it would be only a project for you but it may be life for somebody else.
