&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; A &nbsp;Student-led Consulting organisation is a firm in which &nbsp;the students wil give ideas and advices to the clients who approach them for a fee. The clients may be indivdual clients or organistainal clients.<br/><br/>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;For example when we travel to places we are not aware of , we hire a guide to us about the places and we need to pay him. &nbsp;If some of such guides form a group and take turns to guide people it is a small Consulting Organisation. In the same way if it is led by students , It is called a Student-led Consulting Organisation,
== How to kick start a Student-led Consulting Organisation &nbsp;??? ==
&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;First of all the students who look forward to start a Consulting Organisation , should look at the basic needs that the people want. Then they need to think upto what extent they can contribute to meet the needs of people. Generally studnets will be much eager in starting such organistaons and may not look at al the difficulties they may come across.<br/><br/>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; The major Difficulties they may come across are &nbsp;:<br/>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;
&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 1. They may not get sufficient fundingcapital. Also if they get enough , they may not expend in the right way.
&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;2. They may also get the problem while working in team , certainly no one would comprimise on their ideas.
&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;3. Also if they overcome every difficulty , promoting their organisation plays a very important role.
&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;4. Retaining their position in market for a long period also another difficult task for them.
&nbsp;So in order to overcome these difficulties, &nbsp;students need to convince the investors to invest on them and the capital should be expended correctly.
