<span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: medium;">Macy is a sophomore physics student at William Jewell College. She is planning </span><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: medium;">on attending engineering[[File:MacyTush.jpg|thumb|MacyTush.jpg]] school after her time at Jewell to study civil engineering. On campus Macy is involved in the Society of Physics Students, her sorority Zeta Tau Alpha and residence life. She learned to love physics in high school when a teacher showed her how knowledge of physics can change the world. Since then she has grown to love STEM education. After high school she took a gap year to travel to Phnom Penh, Cambodia and Windhoek, Namibia. Through her travels she discovered a passion for aiding to developing nations in obtaining basic needs such as food, water and shelter. After college she hopes to work in the water purification industry aiding in the clean water initiative in developing nations. When she isn’t studying Macy enjoys hammocking, running, and a good cup of coffee. </span>

<span style="font-size: smaller;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Macy is a junior at William Jewell College in Kansas City, Missouri. There she triple majors in physics, </span></span><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: smaller;">mathematics, </span><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: smaller;">and </span><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: smaller;">applied </span><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: smaller;">critical thought. She is passionate about policy </span><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: smaller;">and believes that those who influence policy change influence </span><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: smaller;">the world. Which is why she aspires to attend law school next to study either patent law or international law with a focus </span><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: smaller;">in space law. Macy has been involved with UIF since her freshman and loves the ability she has to influence higher </span><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: smaller;">education for the better.</span>
<span style="font-size: smaller;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">When she’s not working on UIF you can find Macy in the fluid dynamics researching the effects of particles on immiscible fluids, or in the math department trying to figure out her latest differential equations homework, or in the first year dorms where she works as a resident assistant. No matter where she is though she almost always has a coffee in hand. Macy is an aspiring runner (emphasis on aspiring), avid ''Hamilton'' fan, and is always down for a trip to Sonic.</span></span>
