Hannah Hund is a junior at Wichita State University pursuing biomedical engineering and violin performance with minors in biology and chemistry. She is [[File:HannahCHund.jpg|thumb|HannahCHund.jpg]]excited about the current trend of innovation in the biomedical industry and the opportunities for innovation offered at WSU.  Hund is currently working on two super-secret research projects in the biomechanics lab. She loves violin performance and is preparing for concerto competitions in the spring.
Hund is involved on campus in creating a student impact force to help students from different disciplines work together to develop new ideas and create businesses.  She was also involved in the WSUI Biomedical Engineering Summer Camp and taught high school students about biodesign and entrepreneurship. Hund would like to pursue an MD/PhD program in biomedical engineering following graduation.
