<span id="docs-internal-guid-4bb73c0b37714b0c-87974dd4-1cc83cff-16724414-2a52257f2a5fed3c056a8202"><span style="font-size: 15px14px; font-family: Arial; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); background-color: transparent; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap; background-color: transparent;">Sean Farrell is a sophomore mechanical engineer at Union College motivated, empathetic, inspiring individual who immerses himself in Schenectadythe entrepreneurial mindset; the cognitive directive to seek out problems, New Yorkdevelop analytical processes, and act on a solution. &nbsp;Sean joined He has diligently developed the Epicenter movement because he feels entrepreneurial mindset throughout his life, further enhanced as though most schools in the higher education system are not really doing everything they can a result of becoming a University Innovation Fellow. &nbsp;From campus-related issues to global issues, Sean strives to provide students with a truly well rounded knowledge and insight based outlook on societycreate tangible results. &nbsp;In particular, Sean wants has worked with another University Innovation Fellow to work on making implement Union College’s first collaborative space - the liberal arts aspect of Union College more of an immersive experience for engineers because he values Idea Lab. &nbsp;He has planned events to foster innovative thinking, such as bringing in the power VP of Etsy, a leading e-commerce marketplace with a combined engineering and liberal arts educationmission. &nbsp;Sean has been interested Furthermore, he is currently in entrepreneurial movements since he was young, and hopes that the University Innovation Fellows process of designing an interdisciplinary study-abroad program will help him broaden his entrepreneurial horizonswhich focuses on creating tangible solutions to problems in developing countries. &nbsp;Sean dedicates himself to igniting innovative solutions, no matter how difficult the challenge.</span></span>  <div><br/></div>
