[[File:DiegoVilchez.jpg|thumb]]<span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; line-height: 18px;"><span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;">Diego Vilchez is a University Innovation Fellow from the Spring 2015 cohort</span>.</span>&nbsp;Currently a Senior Manufacturing Systems Engineering student which will be done in May 2015. Serve Serves as the Vice President of Society Hispanic Professional Engineers (SHPE) chapter at California State University, Northridge. In this organization we emphasize in community service and providing Science, Technology, Engineering, & Mathematics (STEM) awareness to every community. I have Diego has also been acquiring some industry experience as former quality engineering intern and planner & currently a product development engineering intern. My job is The jobs are helping me Diego a lot in teaching me and have having experience in real engineering from the concept of business. At the moment, I Diego also play plays a big role in my senior design team as we are currently in the making of our Hybrid Layered Manufacturing 3D (HLM3D) machine which will have both fuctions as a CNC mill and a 3D printer. This will be our prototype which we will compete this semester against other schools. Finally, I decide Diego decided to take a role as a University Innovation Fellow because I know Diego knew it was meant to be since the start in the sense of innovation and entrepeneurship due to the fact that a lot of people are timidnot exposed. I have a Diego's goal which is to exposed as many people as I he can on these topics and to never feel fear on what their instinct is people's instincts are saying.
