She participates in NEWB (Northern Engineers Without Borders) and EPICS (Engineering Projects in Community Service).She enjoys spending her time participating in community service projects specifically international communites such as the Dominican Republic and Haiti. She greatly values education, and has taken the mantra that learning is a life long process that will involve countless people along the way.</span>
