As a University Innovation Fellow, she works to bring creative and practical change to her university by empowering peers and collaborating with faculty to shape more entrepreneurial and student-centered learning experiences.
She enjoys solving complex problems through creative but pragmatic approaches, often blending design, business, and technology. With experience in both startups and corporate innovation teams, Sofía has led and supported projects that focus on understanding user needs, designing better experiences (UX), and building early product prototypes (UI). Her work spans product management, innovation programs, and student-led initiatives always with a hands-on and user-centered mindset.
