Connect students with local tech companies in Santa Monica! The school should be engaging with local partners to bring more visibility to the startup and tech companies in the community. The Santa Monica Innovation Hub and StartupStarter are hosting the SM Innovation Hub that will showcase the various startups, accelerators and businesses for a day long showcase. There's an opportunity to bridge this event and host a smaller scale event at the college that targets students from all fields. Bringing visibility to opportunities can help motivate students to pursue a career in Santa Monica.
