María Noel is passionate about creativity and recreation as a young Master in Management student at UCU Business School who way to connect with others, learn concepts, and discover oneself. She primarily works mainly at the Ithaka Center (the university's entrepreneurship and innovation center)and also teaches courses such as Digital Content and Platforms, and Digital Marketing for Businesses and Entrepreneurs.

Her major in specialization at the Catholic University of Uruguay (UCU) is about communications, being in communication and she has a Master's in Management from the business school of the same university. Being a creative and also analitic woman analytical person interested in photography, video editing , and innovative and strategic digital content. She is teacher of Digital marketing in the same schoolAdditionally, she enjoys oil painting.

In the past , she was a an active volunteer of at her middle high school, being a educator of childrens educating children and teenangers teenagers for 6 years. She also spends Currently, her time going to the diferent beachs of Uruguay with her friendshobbies include running and photography.

Nowadays her hobbies are about oil paintingIn the future, play soccer or practice exercise in her free time. Also she is passionated reading books about self-knowledge, creative tecniques and personal development.  In her future want wants to improved improve her knowledge of I&Einnovation, improved perfect her english English skills , and also learn to develop digital products, she would like to learn about experience design and interface design.
