Successful industry partnerships are well recognized across the university and celebrated through technology transfer, and licensing opportunities.
FEIT have given their staff an opportunity to collaborate through a ''teaching and learning'' retreat which simulates the impact of feedback and importance of assessment design. This inter-faculty innovative collaboration provides academics and staff with insights to how their colleagues interact with their students to encourage and explore I&E within their subjects as well as improve the overall LX for students. Though this is just the surface level of I&E, it gives students an easier way to connect with staff and collaborate on future projects and possibly commercialise through the help of UTS Startups.
