Erik Anderson is a Schulze Innovation Scholar at The University of St. Thomas with an intended double major was born and raise in Entrepreneurship and Management. He recognizes and pursues opportunities with an innovative mindsetFargo, North Dakota. As a 5th gradernatural entrepreneur, he started his first business, Erik’s Cutting Edge Lawn & Snow Carein 5th grade. The business grew into This experience helped Erik win the Schulze Innovation scholarship, a business that served 20+ clients and has been in operation for 6+ yearsfour year, it was also certified full tuition scholarship sponsored by the state Dick Schulze, Founder of North DakotaBest Buy. He also served as At the Vice President University of North Dakota DECA while leading his Football and Track & field teams as the head captain. While at St. Thomas, he studied Entrepreneurship with a minor in business of healthcare. Erik became also served as the Grand Champion captain of the Earth Day Innovate-Athon. He is extremely excited to meet other innovative students Men's Track and complete this ProgramField team, specializing in the hurdle events.

Currently, Erik worked with his UIF 2019-2020 Team with works as a goal to improve communication on campus between Administrators and Students. The team identified development associate for Scannell Properties in the problem area after sending out a survey to studentsMinneapolis office. The group then put Erik works on large scale industrial developments across the proposed solution through the UIF training process. We hope to implement US, with a new Student Board of Trustees Committee on focus in the University of St. Thomas campusSoutheastern region.
