Reeth is an '''Information Science Engineering Graduate graduate from KLS Gogte Institute of Technology''', Belgaum. She has completed her '''Masters , and holds a Master’s in Management of Information Systems and Digital Innovation from Warwick Business School''', University of Warwick. She is '''passionate about bringing change and making impact in higher education''' by leveraging technology and innovation and is '''working towards the same goal with Perlego in London'''.
As a University Innovation FellowShe currently works at Infonetica in the United Kingdom, she worked with the Institute Innovation Council where she organised events to create awareness about Innovation, creativity and collaborative thinking for all the young minds on campus. She conducted an event called "Mindkraft" for students to introspect and understand their knowledge about Finance followed by a 2-day Business Conference and introduced the students contributes to the concepts of the stock market, Indian economybuilding technology that strengthens research governance, investments, mutual fundsethics, and business start-ups in collaboration with Zerodha Broking Limited. She participated in the dinstitutional integrity.challenge and was chosen to conduct Design Thinking workshops for the attendees of the National Entrepreneurship Summit 2020 Her work sits at the National Institute intersection of Technology, Rourkela. As a part of UIF vs Corona, her team launched a mental health campaign called "I survive I serve life" and collaborated with NGOs in India and Lebanon for the same. She wants to bring about a change by sharing survivor storiessystems thinking, hosting webinarsinnovation, educating people, sensitising the issue and ultimately dehuman-stigmatising mental healthcentred problem solving.
She was As a part of University Innovation Fellow, Reeth worked with the Rotaract Club Belgaum Central. For the year 2017-18Institute Innovation Council to encourage creativity, innovation, she served as the International Service Director and as the Professional Service Director for the 2019-20 tenurecollaboration on campus. She served as the Club secretary for the 2020 led “Mindkraft,” an event focused on financial self- 21 tenure. She is co-led a proud Published Co-Author of an Anthology called INARA. She goes by the pen name 'Reeth Rajas'mental health campaign titled “I Survive, Rajas being her late father's name. In this wayI Serve Life” under UIF vs Corona, she hopes collaborating with NGOs in India and Lebanon to keep his memory alive. She is also an ardent reader raise awareness and enjoys reading fiction, magical realism de-stigmatise mental health through survivor stories and thrillereducational initiatives.
She also played an active role in the Rotaract Club Belgaum Central, serving as International Service Director (2017–18), Professional Service Director (2019–20), and Club Secretary (2020–21). Her work focused on building community and promoting professional development, earning her the Best Professional Service Project award for 2019–20 in the Belgaum zone. Creative expression has always been a part of her identity. She writes under the pen name Reeth Rajas, a tribute to her late father, and is a published co-author in the anthology ''INARA''. Her writing reflects her empathy and her deep interest in exploring emotions that often go unspoken. Reeth finds joy in books, music, and the small things that move the soul.  She lives by this quote from one of her favourite books, ''': “People want to be bowled over by something special.
