So if both innovation and entrepreneurship go hand in hand increases the productivity level of products and goods which increases employment and promotes social change.
Many students have their hidden talents but they may not discover them because of a lack of confidence and guidance. So if we introduce them to the world of problem-solving it embarks a new phase of the thinking levels of students.

At college beginning, many students will be enthusiastic and curious to learn. Unfortunately, They don't know the proper way to follow.
 
Students have doubts regarding the courses they need to learn and job-acquiring skills. Students faced problems when they searched about all these matters on their own. Confusion and no proper guidance will kill their time with no work productivity.
 
So Alumni association is our idea to implement. Here the Alumni from the past ten years of the college will be in contact with this association. We will connect webinars from them to clear the student's doubts proper career path guidance can be provided.
 
     *For Doubts clarification, we will provide google forms to get the student's opinions.

These will offer career support and can help to explore career opportunities.
 
These associations assist students through webinars and professional job databases.

Students often have doubts regarding their careers after graduation. One may not know the opportunities to pursue, and another may not know the procedure to follow. So the most common doubt, What the industries want from us.
 
On the other hand, Some students have an idea they may not know to implement into a start-up or further steps.
 
So we came up with the idea to arrange Pre-professional talks from HRs and Start-Up founders. From these talks, we can directly get to know the company's vision and mission. So we get to know the goals of the companies. Students can also get the motivation to work on their goals.
 
Talks with start-up founders can help them to know the proper procedure to follow. We can learn from their experiences and motivation to do something new. Opportunities already exist and the country.
 
It will improve the student's bottom-line knowledge of how human capital affects organizational success. It will guide them to reach their goals efficiently.
 
== Strategy 4ː ==
Learning is the process where you acquire knowledge. There are many ways to gain it, but few approaches are effective. In our Educational system, Books are the only source we follow. So this knowledge may not sustain long. Learning from the outside surroundings and observing things from Different Perspectives is mandatory.
 
So we wanted to introduce Study trips which are a popular and well-established method of education.
 
We need to step out, For innovative thoughts and understanding of our society. Empathizing is one of the most important things we need to include in our day-to-day life to understand things better.
 
In this study trip, we will hold some activities which concentrate on empathizing, viewing a problem from different perspectives, and understanding our society. Students can also get refreshments from their day-to-day activities with Study Trips. So this may level up their positive mindset and work efficiency. Even Intelligent Quotient and Emotional Quotient levels will improve.
 
With the help of student volunteers and a few staff members, we wanted to implement this idea.
