Lesly Patiño is an Industrial Engineering student at '''Universidad de Ingeniería y Tecnología (UTEC)'''.

She enjoys has been a fellow since 2022, actively participating in collaborative events with her cohort. One notable event was a treasure hunt at UTEC designed for incoming students. She led the role of mentor for other FDay project at UTEC, an event where professors and studentsshare how they turned mistakes into success stories. It's her second year being part FDay is one of the Peer events Lesly enjoyed organizing the most. Lesly enjoys mentoring program. Also, she likes to participate other students and participating in motivational spaces where motivation is that emphasize the key to success. That's why she She is always looking for seeking ways to develop and improve her abilities. Lesly has also been actively involved in student organizations like SWE - Society of Women Engineers and Prounity UTEC, which have provided her with opportunities to enhance her soft skills.
