 === Who Am I? ===That is the question of a lifetime. I am an avid amateur bakera lifelong learner. I want to learn the why of people. I like to learn how they think, what makes them tick, an aspiring chefwhat brings them joy, and an intense what bothers them. I like knowing these things because it makes me feel closer to people person. I think professional development is firmly believe that the key to creating high-quality companies way we can move industries, people, and the best way to move world forward faster is to invest by investing in a very valuable resource; people . I am intensely passionate about professional development, partially because I am still learning myself. But I want to help others learn faster, from my mistakes and help what I have learned from others. Bringing people together, helping them discover connect, and conveying a message with one loud voice is what I want to do, I just have not fully figured out what that looks like. For now, it is my side-hustle and hone their soft skillspassion project.
