Reeth is an Information Science Engineering Graduate graduate from KLS Gogte Institute of Technology, Belgaum. Her schooling took place in Kolhapur, Maharashtra as well as Belgaum, Karnataka which made her realise that even though there can be and holds a change Master’s in the education system across different states, the approach remains the same. During her BachelorsShe currently works at Infonetica in the United Kingdom, where she cultivated a biting interest in Data Science, Big Data Managementcontributes to building technology that strengthens research governance, Data Miningethics, Cryptography and Network securityinstitutional integrity. Her affinity for Data Science began in her 2nd year when she interned work sits at an IT consultants company. She performed Cyclic analysis on Foundry ERP and developed a data visualisation interface that aids in business process optimisationthe intersection of systems thinking, allowing users to make quicker decisions to maximise profitability. Thereafterinnovation, she engaged herself in various hobby projects and certifications to learn more about this domain. After acquiring knowledge about algorithms and the concepts of Data Science and Data Mining, she implemented it into her capstone project “Reduction in Rejections in the Casting process using Predictive Analysis”. The software intends to provide a prediction scenario for rejections based on the training data sets accumulated over timehuman-centred problem solving.
As a University Innovation Fellow, she Reeth worked with the Institute Innovation Council where she organised events to create awareness about Innovationencourage creativity, innovation, creativity and collaborative thinking for all the young minds collaboration on campus. She conducted led “Mindkraft,” an event called "Mindkraft" for students to introspect and understand their knowledge about Finance focused on financial self-awareness, followed by a 2two-day Business Conference and introduced the business conference in partnership with Zerodha Broking Limited, introducing students to the concepts of the stock market, Indian economy, investments, mutual funds, and business start-ups in collaboration with Zerodha Broking Limited. She participated in the d.challenge and was chosen to conduct Design Thinking workshops for the attendees of the National Entrepreneurship Summit 2020 at the National Institute of Technology, Rourkela. As a part of UIF vs Corona, her team launched a mental health campaign called "I survive I serve life" and collaborated with NGOs in India and Lebanon for the same. She wants to bring about a change by sharing survivor stories, hosting webinars, educating people, sensitising the issue and ultimately de-stigmatising mental healthup culture.
She is a part of participated in the d.challenge and was selected to conduct design thinking workshops at the Rotaract Club Belgaum CentralNational Entrepreneurship Summit 2020 at NIT Rourkela. For During the year 2017-18pandemic, she served as the International Service Director and as the Professional Service Director for the 2019co-20 tenure. She planned out activities and projects that promote these events among people via Rotaractled a mental health campaign titled “I Survive, I Serve Life” under UIF vs Corona, collaborating with NGOs in India and arranged programs designed Lebanon to provide information about a wide cross-section of businesses raise awareness and entrepreneurs. She received the 'Best Professional Service Project' for the RI year 2019de-2020 from the Belgaum zone stigmatise mental health through survivor stories and is serving as the Secretary of the club for the year 2020-21educational initiatives.
She has always been creative and very articulate about her thoughts. She considers empathy as one of her strongest point which is reflected also played an active role in her blog where she writes about emotions that people feel apprehensive to speak about. She is a proud Published Co-Author of an Anthology called INARA. She goes by the pen name 'Reeth Rajas'Rotaract Club Belgaum Central, Rajas being her late father's name. In this wayserving as International Service Director (2017–18), Professional Service Director (2019–20), she hopes to keep his memory aliveand Club Secretary (2020–21). She is also an ardent reader Her work focused on building community and enjoys reading fictionpromoting professional development, magical realism and thrillerearning her the Best Professional Service Project award for 2019–20 in the Belgaum zone.
Creative expression has always been a part of her identity. She writes under the pen name Reeth Rajas, a tribute to her late father, and is a published co-author in the anthology ''INARA''. Her writing reflects her empathy and her deep interest in exploring emotions that often go unspoken. Reeth finds joy in books, music, and the small things that move the soul.  She lives by this quote from one of her favourite books, ''': “People want to be bowled over by something special.
