<span style="font-size: larger;">Since some timeOur University is an I&E leader in our region, Universidad del Desarrollo has invested many resources to improve the innovation and entrepreneurship enviroment by building a place just ment for that and by creating we serve as an amazing ecosystem to all example of the students diversity and personel that work there. The most importante place called Plaza ihumanity in our innovation projects, let student's gather and discuss problems or/we want to become even bigger and create projects to solve any type of problem they find in our campusesbetter.&nbsp;</span> <div><br/></div><div><span style="font-size: larger;">Even with all the great things our university has done With that purpose in mind, we want to improve this ecosystem and be able to make include even more students feel interest to be a part of it, the current our I&E ecosystem community, that is a little bit confusing and complicatedour main focus. This makes it hard for We want to give more students the opportunity to feel there's a find their own place where they can gather whenever they by helping others through their own projects and ideas, we want to make our ecosystem more inclusive and where they realize problems can be solvedopen so everyone feels welcome.&nbsp;</span> <br/></div><div><br/></div><div><span style="font-size: larger;">Those are the reasons why not every student is keen We want to this ecosystem pursue and why not everyone knows about everything that is available on campus. Along continue our last fellow's ideals, by keeping up with that, there are interdisciplinary activities missing where students can get more tools about I&E their legacy and put in practice what they already know about those subjectstheir different projects..</span></div> <span style="font-size: larger;">The priorities we pursue are still highly related to get student closer to the students, make them close to the I&E ecosystem and let help them use to get advantage of every opportunity that is available on campus UDD has to make them better at what they do everyday and to make them feel they have the space to become great problem solversoffer.&nbsp;</span>

This project is about helping students to find the motivation to innovate.
<div></div>
After we gain the university support, we will start with presenting our first challenge to the community.

<div><br/></div><div><br/></div>
*Design a poster This project is all about the students and leave it in every computer as a wallpaper to motivate students to go to the Plaza i, helping themfound their talents and there they have an induction of the placepurpose.
*Modification: Add to the screensaver (poster) an incentive, for example free pizza, to go visit the building.<div><br/></div><div><br/></div><div>Reflection: At first sight, some of the audience will be interested in going to visit the building, getting to know about what happens there, and take part of the projects. Also, it will probably be a minor number of people. Improving the screensaver with an incentive, can bring more people to get to know the place and later, eventually, become interested in the building itself and its projects.</div><div><br/></div><div>Adaptation: At first, my idea was to make students aware of a place that could give them tools for innovation that they didn't have nor use through a publicity that was going to be deployed as a wallpaper in the lab. computers (wich are pretty much used by every student nowadays). But seeing the board made me realize that this could be a lot bigger, I think that if we manage to set a plan that develope this big abstract "innovation" concept through different and more tangible aspects like (mindsets philosophy, coding, etc) in a ten month period that could be displayed as a thematic publicity that engage with students in all ways (Social media, faculty banners, apparel, etc). A big opportunity could be created for different segments to relate. For example, entrepreneurs could be involved in the process so they can expose their projects to the students but also to different market sponsors that could be interested like (Hardware, software, telecommunications, etc) in the networks created. In this process, students can engage with entrepreneurs and even create relationships that could become collaborative projects. This of course enabled by a well designed program/campaing that could lure stundents to this activities.</div><div><br/></div>== Tactic #1: Validate the ideaThe Teams. ==
<span style="font-size: 12px;">See if it is feeasible Work with the university to change computer's wallpapers put together teams of experts and carry out model how the workshops are going to work with the campaignspecific departments.</span>

<span style="font-size: 12px;">Design wallpapers and broadcast materialAs we need highly skilled professionals, that can really atract stutend funds are key to this idea. We seek to associate with the Students Support Center to get the placefunds we need.</span>
== Tactic #3: Ask for permissionsPublicity .&nbsp; ==
