Valeria is an Industrial Engineering sophomore at UTEC Universidad de Ingeniería y Tecnología. Since she started college she was very interested in participating in projects focused on social impact.
Valeria is part of UTEC Puppy Lab, a student organization at college. Their mission is to improve mental health and wellness through canine interaction. Her role is to plan events and be in charge of marketing campaigns.
Her goal in life is to improve K12 education in Peru. Therefore, she is working on an educational project focused on empowering children to believe in themselves through creative workshops about science and design.
