Haluk Ziya Tercan, who has a name which looks like a Turkish poet’s name [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Halid_Ziya_U%C5%9Fakl%C4%B1gil Halit Ziya Uşaklıgil], is a student of the Civil Engineering Department at [http://www.boun.edu.tr/en-US/Index Boğaziçi University], Istanbul. He was in love with his university since his childhood, because it’s culture, history, and impact on society was amazing for him on the way to his goals. After long and hard studying times, having the chance of being a part of the Boğaziçi University has made his vision more clear. Now, he is able to reach the right people when he needed for every little subject.
In his future life, he has the dream of turning cities smarter, and more liveable by using data science, artificial intelligence (AI), and IoT (Internet of Things) technologies with his knowledge on about civil engineering. This dream includes many subtopics like renewable energies, green buildings, good working cleaning systems, more silence traffic, smart transportation etc. and Haluk is trying to improve himself about all these topics to create a movement in the next five years.
He wakes up at 5:33 am every morning and runs for about an hour. He loves running, swimming, and playing volleyball. Also, writing blog’s, short stories, and essays makes him relaxed. Moreover, he likes to read articles about history, science, and technology.
