Her schooling took place , and holds a Master’s in Maharashtra as well as Karnataka which made her realise even though there can be a change Management of Information Systems and Digital Innovation from Warwick Business School, University of Warwick  She currently works at Infonetica in the education system across different statesUnited Kingdom, where she contributes to building technology that strengthens research governance, ethics, and institutional integrity. Her work sits at the approach remains intersection of systems thinking, innovation, and human-centred problem solving. As a University Innovation Fellow, Reeth worked with the sameInstitute Innovation Council to encourage creativity, innovation, and collaboration on campus. ErgoShe led “Mindkraft, she strives to be ” an event focused on financial self-awareness, followed by a catalyst two-day business conference in partnership with Zerodha Broking Limited, introducing students to bring about change the stock market, Indian economy, and start-up culture.  She participated in the way of approach towards educationd.challenge and was selected to conduct design thinking workshops at the National Entrepreneurship Summit 2020 at NIT Rourkela.&nbsp;</span></span></p><p style="textDuring the pandemic, she co-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:arialled a mental health campaign titled “I Survive,helveticaI Serve Life” under UIF vs Corona,sanscollaborating with NGOs in India and Lebanon to raise awareness and de-serif;"><span style="font-size:larger;">stigmatise mental health through survivor stories and educational initiatives. She is a part of also played an active role in the Rotaract Club Belgaum Central. For the year 2017-18, she served serving as the International Service Director where her primary focus was on the International events(2017–18), to plan out activities and projects that promote these events among people via Rotaract. She served as the Professional Service Director for the 2019-20 tenure (2019–20), and Club Secretary (2020–21). Her work focused on building community and promoting professional development, earning her focus is to arrange programs designed to provide information about a wide cross-section of businesses and entrepreneurs. She received the 'Best Professional Service Project' award for 2019–20 in the RI year 2019-2020 from Belgaum zone. She is currently the Secretary of the club for the year 2020-21. She is also  Creative expression has always been a part of her school’s Institute Innovation Council where she organises events to create awareness about Innovation, creativity and collaborative thinking to all the young minds on campusidentity. She enjoys reading fiction, magical realism, crime and thriller. She considers formulating her thoughts as one of her strongest points which is why she maintains a blog where she writes about human deep interest in exploring emotions since they speak volumes to herthat often go unspoken.
