Her schooling took place in Maharashtra as well as Karnataka which made her realise even though there can be a change She is passionate about using innovation and empathy to create positive change—especially in the realms of education system across different states, wellbeing, and human connection. Currently, she works at YuLife in London, where her values of purpose, growth, and people-first impact are at the approach remains core of what she does.  As a University Innovation Fellow, Reeth worked with the sameInstitute Innovation Council to encourage creativity, innovation, and collaboration on campus. ErgoShe led “Mindkraft,” an event focused on financial self-awareness, she strives to be followed by a catalyst two-day business conference in partnership with Zerodha Broking Limited, introducing students to bring about change the stock market, Indian economy, and start-up culture.  She participated in the way of approach towards educationd.challenge and was selected to conduct design thinking workshops at the National Entrepreneurship Summit 2020 at NIT Rourkela.&nbsp;</span></span></p><p style="textDuring the pandemic, she co-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:arialled a mental health campaign titled “I Survive,helveticaI Serve Life” under UIF vs Corona,sanscollaborating with NGOs in India and Lebanon to raise awareness and de-serif;"><span style="font-size:larger;">stigmatise mental health through survivor stories and educational initiatives. She is a part of also played an active role in the Rotaract Club Belgaum Central. For the year 2017-18, she served serving as the International Service Director where her primary focus was on the International events(2017–18), to plan out activities and projects that promote these events among people via Rotaract. She is presently serving as the Professional Service Director (2019–20), and Club Secretary (2020–21). Her work focused on building community and promoting professional development, earning her focus is to arrange programs designed to provide information about a wide cross-section of businesses and entrepreneurs. She received the 'Best Professional Service Project' award for 2019–20 in the RI year 2019-2020 from Belgaum zone. She is also  Creative expression has always been a part of her school’s Institute Innovation Council where she organises events to create awareness about Innovation, creativity and collaborative thinking to all the young minds on campusidentity. She loves organising events as she enjoys communicating with people and getting writes under the pen name Reeth Rajas, a tribute to know them.</span></span> </p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:larger;">She is an ardent reader. She enjoys reading fiction, magical realismher late father, crime and thriller. Murakami is her favourite a published co-authorin the anthology ''INARA''.&nbsp;She has always been creative Her writing reflects her empathy and very articulate about her thoughts. She considers formulating her thoughts as one of her strongest points which is why she maintains a blog where she writes about human deep interest in exploring emotions since they speak volumes to herthat often go unspoken.
