<span style="color:#000000;"><span style="font-family:tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;">Francis Atore, also known as “Frank,” is a senior pursuing a Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering at Texas Tech and a member of the honors&nbsp;</span><span style="font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif;">college.&nbsp; Over the course of his college career, he has been fortunate to co-author two journal articles and embark on two internships. Francis was&nbsp;</span><span style="font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif;">temporarily fired, by his research mentor, to motivate him to pursue and internship in his sophomore year. He has presented on graphene research&nbsp;</span><span style="font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif;">at conferences including DOW-MIT Access and Texas Tech Undergraduate Research Conferences. He is currently pursuing a technology venture with&nbsp;</span><span style="font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif;">his colleagues in software and hardware development for the nutrition and medical industry. In addition, he assists start-up companies in the African&nbsp;region to develop business plans and investor packages and hangs out at the nursing homes with the grey haired ones.</span></span>
