Misshel - Sophia University

Whenever people do believe that they can change something or to have a sense of value in the ideas they have can be built up from their past experiences. Personally, I believe that childhood has a lot to do with this. When we have more opportunities that allows us to visually see that our ideas can turn into reality and change or accomplish something, we gain the type of confidence of believe that "it's possible" for our Ideas to have value and have influence to the society. However, when those experiences lack, we tend to either think that our ideas is just a thought and not something that an individual could do. Also, there is this unconscious disbelief that "its not possible." Therefore, I do believe that in terms of building more innovative and entrepreneurship minded people, opportunities like this is crucial besides the regular academic studies we have. And this confidence itself makes a huge difference on how we communicate, interact and behave in society.

Poonya - Sophia University I personally believe in the power of entrepreneurship and innovation for social change. However, I also think that it takes many people to bring about the desired impact, and more importantly, it takes courage and resilience to find people who want to venture on this journey of advocating this idea with you amidst the uncertainty of the outcome. I hope that our team can be an example to other Sophia students that we can all create an impact if we set out hearts to it and I want our team to create opportunities for other people/communities to advance during this program.
