Student Priorities 1: Motivate and facilitate students to join competitions

Project Name: IPB Home of Champions

Purpose

IPB Home of Champions is a competitions information centre platform for IPB students. With this platform, students can find teammates to join competitions together by searching on the student profile section on the platform. The students can also get points by participating in competitions and exchange them for attractive prizes. The points may come in various values based on the winning position. The purpose of this system is to help and motivate students in participating in competitions and obtaining achievements.

Key Tactics/Strategies

Analysis

1. Bureaucracy: Findout about the pic of each dept that will support the system features.
2. Funding: Prices that can be redeemed with points.
3. Contact ipb prestasi or related department (Ditmawa)
4. Who will take charge in the future

Design

-Research user's need
-Making user flow
-Making low to medium fidelity mock up
-Making use case diagram, ERD, and class diagram
-Making high fidelity mock up and prototype it

Develop

- Develop the backend of the platform based on the requirements analysis and design of the system
- Develop the frontend of the platform based on the ui ux design mockup that has been created

Testing

Test every application flow until all available use cases can run properly

Deployment and Maintenance

Deploy the application and take a note if there is an error

Student Priorities 2: Increase the interest of  IPB students in the field of Innovation and Entrepreneurship.

Project Name: IPB Innovation Week

Purpose

IPB Innovation Week is an exhibition of innovation and business from IPB students. In this event, students can showcase their innovation prototypes or their business to attract customers and investors. Hopefully, this event can increase the interest of  IPB students in the field of innovation and business.

Key Tactics/Strategies

Grand Design

- Why the program is created
- Planning on how the program works.
- Calculate the money and resources needed.
- Recruiting staff around the campus in order to succeed in the program.
- Program held time and venue.

Recruitment

Recruiting staffs with the same vision towards IPB University especially in innovation and business.

Preparation

Briefing and planning with the staff that have been recruited.

Execution

Execute the program based on the preparation and planning.

Evaluation

Evaluate to what went wrong with the program.

Student Priorities 3: Classroom Loan Management System

Project Name: SIMARU

Purpose

SIMARU (Classroom Loan Management System) is a website-based platform intended for IPB students to search for information and also borrow any available classroom. The features provided by Simaru are classroom data, request a lend, lend data, and submission. By this information platform, of course, it will make the flow of borrowing each classroom more structured. Also, Information on the booking schedule for each classroom will be more centralized, and the lending process can be done more effective and efficient.

Student Priorities 4: Enable students to see their grades transparency

Project Name: SIMAK Grade Transparency System

Purpose

This system aims to enable students to see their grades in transparency. Such as where the grades are coming from and why they got such final grades. With this system, hopefully, the students can be sure and confident with their grades without the need to contact the relevant lecturer.

Key Tactics/Strategies

Analysis

1. Find out about the bureaucracy, on how the grade input system at IPB.

2. Find out does the lecturer will support this idea.
