Project 1 - Design Thinking Workshop for HKBU community
Project Introduction
We would like to organize an engaging Design Thinking Workshop tailored specifically for the HKBU community! This workshop is designed to empower students and professors alike to embrace innovation, build confidence, and tackle real-world challenges in mental health and social innovation.
Through this hands-on experience, participants will dive into the five stages of Design Thinking—Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test—while focusing on creative solutions for the well-being of our community. You’ll work collaboratively in small teams to explore pressing mental health issues, design user-centered solutions, and apply innovative strategies that can make a lasting social impact.
Whether the participants are new to Design Thinking or already familiar with its concepts, this workshop offers a unique opportunity to deepen their understanding, develop new skills, and explore interdisciplinary approaches to addressing societal challenges. These furry companions provide comfort, encourage mindfulness, and create a supportive atmosphere.
