Mike Huang is a senior at Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI), triple majoring in human resource management, business management, and international studies, minoring in Japanese. While Mike focuses most of his coursework on organizational behaviors and workplace related studies, he also enjoys innovative thinking, student leaderships, and strategic re-definition. He has always striven to start his own consulting practices and become a certified leadership search consultant.

Mike was highly involved in promoting diversity and inclusion, mostly due to his multicultural background. He served as the vice president of the International Club at his school, he then pursued an internship at the Indianapolis Mayor's Office as an International and Cultural Intern, coordinating interactive global learning events for the community. He also spent a semester study abroad in Japan.

Having a strong interest in sales pitching and interactions between people, he represented his school by working as a Campus Ambassador and Orientation Leader. In his spare time, he enjoys playing guitar, swimming, and traveling/experiencing different cultures.
