Fellow:Winny Arindrani
Winny is a first-year MBA candidate at Duke University. Before her MBA study at Duke, she worked at DBS Bank Ltd (Singapore) as an investment banking professional, where she had the opportunity to lead prominent cross-border Merger & Acquisition initiatives. She was exposed to numerous industries, worked with various service and manufacturing companies, and developed an interest to balance business growth with responsible sustainability. While doing her full-time job as an investment banker, she started an Indonesia-based social venture that manufactures and sells ceremonial attire for Muslim women. She has been running this business for over three years, and to date, the venture has employed 50 women. She is very interested in deepening her knowledge in design thinking and apply it to social impact-related projects. Winny took her bachelor degree in Accounting at University of Indonesia.
