Bio

Driven, enterprising, ambitious, and jovial, are just four words that could describe Meladee. Born and raised on the beautiful shores of Barbados, Meladee first charted her path of excellence. She attended one of the leading Secondary schools on the island - Queen's College, where she held numerous leadership positions, including Head Girl, Prefect, and President of the Inter-School Christian Fellowship. From there, in 2021 she moved to Huntsville, Alabama, to pursue higher learning at the illustrious Oakwood University. Currently, she is a Sophomore on track to receive a Bachelor of Business Administration: Marketing, when she graduates in May 2025. Meladee is passionate about making a future career in brand management, working with young entrepreneurs, and helping them to establish themselves first as a reputable brand, then their product or service. Aside from these things, Meladee is a lover of music, notably gospel music, but has an appreciation for the R&B and contemporary classical genres. Meladee comes from a musical family, hence her name, "Meladee", adapted from the musical term, "melody".
