Margaret is an undergraduate student at Saint Louis University. She is studying biomedical engineering and is interested in pursuing medical imaging. She works in a medical imaging and 3D printing lab where she is currently conducting research concerning the use of 3D printed phantoms to optimize small artery CT angiography. Aside from her work in lab, Margaret works as a desk worker in one of SLU’s residence halls as well as a thermodynamics and medical imaging teacher’s aide. She joined the University Innovation Fellows in the Spring of 2018.
Margaret is originally from Oak Park, Illinois, a village on the purlieu of Chicago. She credits Oak Park for instilling her with a passion for learning and education.
