Bio
Katja Berthold is a University Innovation Fellow and is currently a co-terminal student at Illinois Institute of Technology pursuing a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and an M.E. in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering. She is from a tiny, beautiful city in the middle of the Pacific Ocean otherwise known as Honolulu, Hawai'i.
She is currently the President and co-founder of Intinium, a new student organization on campus that empowers students to unleash their full potential and pursue personal projects. In addition to this position, she is a peer tutor for the Academic Resource Center and the former Vice President of Communications for Illinois Tech's Student Government Association. When she's not studying to become an engineer, she enjoys singing jazz at VanderCook College of Music and playing her ukulele whenever she can find the time!
