Bio

Jaquetta Graham is a Morgan State University candidate for a Ph.D. in Business Administration, with a concentration in management. Following a 6-year enlistment in the United States Navy, she received her B.S. in Business Management from Towson University in 2016 and her MBA from Morgan State University in 2019.

Throughout her military career Jaquetta was able to receive a well-rounded view of global interactions and became fascinated with learning more about other countries. This fascination only increased during her educational career as she went on to progress in her Spanish skills by studying abroad in Spain for 6 weeks during her senior year of undergrad as well as strengthen research skills during a Fulbright research fellowship that allowed her to study the social and cultural influences that support women’s entrepreneurial success in Ghana.

Jaquetta is a lifelong learner and servant leader who believes in humbling herself to new knowledge and experiences and making significant contributions wherever she goes. Her research interests focus on the entrepreneurial experiences of Africans throughout the diaspora in general, and the entrepreneurial experiences of African women in particular. She can be reached at jagra37@morgan.edu.
