Bio

Blake Warner is a second-year undergraduate student pursuing a dual degree in both business management and finance at Virginia Polytechnic and State University (Virginia Tech). Blake hopes to one day blend his design-thinking mindset and leadership skills with a skilled technical team to build a successful startup company of his own. Blake is interested in entrepreneurship, design-thinking, consulting, and business. In his spare time, he likes to watch sports, play fantasy football, hang out with friends, and day trade.

Achievements

Blake has a certification in design thinking for innovation from the University of Virginia. He also has a certificate for Fostering Innovation from LinkedIn. He is the representative for the Pamplin College of Business on the Honors College Student Council (Dean's Advisory Board) at Virginia Tech. His team received 3rd place overall last year in Deloitte's consulting competition. He is also a non-technical lead for the Google Developer Student Club (at VT) as well as the Event Manager. He is also currently serving as an Honors Residential Commons Apartment Fellow and a Pamplin Global Mentor.
