María Noel is passionate about creativity and recreation play as a way to connect with others, learn concepts, and discover oneself. She primarily works at the Ithaka Center (the university's entrepreneurship and innovation center) and also teaches courses such as Design of Digital Content and Platforms, and Digital Marketing for Businesses and Entrepreneursand Digital Projects.

Her specialization at the Catholic University of Uruguay (UCU) is in digital communication and she also has a Master's in Management from the business school Business School of the same university. Being a creative and analytical person interested in photography, graphic design, video editing, and innovative and strategic digital content. Additionally, she enjoys oil painting.

In the pastActually, she was an active volunteer at her spend time doing workshops of Futures Thinking in high school, educating children schools to teenangers and also made this workshops to enterprernurs and staff of the same University in order to collectively imagine and teenagers for 6 years. Currentlydesign possible scenarios, her hobbies include running organize efforts in future organizational plans and photographyreflect on different visions of the future that collaborators have.
