Fellow:Trevor Nicks

Trevor B. Nicks is a junior biochemistry and business administration major at William Jewell College in Liberty, MO. Trevor is

passionate about public education equality and innovation in green energy, biotechnology, and science in general. At William Jewell College he is the captain of the men’s track and field team, a resident assistant, and the Co-President of the American Chemical Society chapter on campus.

Trevor spent the 2015 summer in Boston, interning with an MIT-based gray water reclamation startup which exposed him to numerous new technologies and ideas. In the undergraduate research program at Jewell he studies long-chain hydrocarbon producing bateria in the hope of creating viable alternative fuel sources. He also likes to talk and often randomly starts dancing... the dancing usually isn't good.
