Fabrianne Albertina Handoko (commonly known as Fabs) is an Indonesian-born nursing student, healthcare worker, student leader, researcher, and scholarship recipient based in Washington State, United States. They are known for their leadership in nursing education, advocacy for student success, academic excellence, and commitment to serving older adults and vulnerable populations.

Early Life and Background

Fabs was born in Solo, Indonesia, and comes from a Chinese family. They relocated to the United States and later settled in Washington State. Their experiences as an immigrant, combined with personal challenges navigating higher education and healthcare systems, have shaped their dedication to patient advocacy and lifelong learning.

Education

Fabs is enrolled in the Associate Degree Nursing (ADN-RN) program at Lake Washington Institute of Technology. Prior to entering nursing school, they completed prerequisite coursework with a near-perfect GPA.

Throughout nursing school, Fabs has maintained strong academic performance while balancing employment as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Their long-term educational goals include earning a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), becoming a Nurse Practitioner, and eventually pursuing a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP).
