Bio

Leticia Juncal is an enthusiastic, determined, and eloquent woman from Montevideo, Uruguay. She holds Uruguayan nationality. She graduated in Logistics and Supply Chain Management at ORT University (2024) and is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in International Business at Universidad Católica del Uruguay. Her professional career has combined both fields: she has worked as a Concentrates Traffic Operator at Trafigura, a Logistics Technician at UPM, and currently as an Accounts Receivable Specialist at Sabre Global GDS. These roles have given her valuable experience in global finance, receivables, and international logistics operations, and have strengthened her ability to collaborate seamlessly with people around the world, navigating different cultures, languages, and professional practices. A defining trait of Leticia is her determination: she embraces challenges as opportunities to learn and grow, and she constantly seeks to improve both herself and the organizations she contributes to. Her personal motto is: “Persistence is the brush that paints your destiny.” —It means that steady effort and determination are the tools you use to shape and create your own future. Beyond her professional achievements, Leticia values teamwork, adaptability, and strong human connections, which she considers key in both business and life. She is also deeply passionate about learning philosophy and reflecting on classic questions about existence, values, and happiness, which inspire her both personally and academically. Outside of work and studies, Leticia enjoys reading, writing, hiking, and painting on canvas, activities that allow her to explore her creativity and reflect on her personal experiences. She also loves spending time with her family and friends, and she considers these relationships a source of balance and inspiration.
