Bio

Leticia Juncal is an enthusiastic, determined, and eloquent professional from Montevideo, Uruguay. She graduated in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from ORT University (2024) and is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in International Business at Universidad Católica del Uruguay.

Her career has combined both areas of expertise. She has worked as a Concentrates Traffic Operator at Trafigura, a Logistics Technician at UPM, and is currently an Accounts Receivable Specialist at Sabre Global GDS. These roles have provided her with valuable experience in global finance, receivables, and international logistics operations, while also strengthening her ability to collaborate seamlessly with people worldwide, navigating different cultures, languages, and professional practices.

A defining trait of Juncal is her determination: she embraces challenges as opportunities to learn and grow, and consistently seeks to improve both herself and the organizations she contributes to. Her personal motto is: “Persistence is the brush that paints your destiny.” She interprets this to mean that steady effort and determination are the tools used to shape and create one’s own future.

Beyond her professional achievements, Juncal values teamwork, adaptability, and strong human connections, which she considers essential in both business and life. She has a deep interest in philosophy and enjoys reflecting on classic questions about existence, values, and happiness, which inspire her both personally and academically.

Outside of work and studies, she enjoys reading, writing, painting on canvas, and spending time in nature—activities that allow her to explore her creativity and reflect on her personal experiences.
