PROMOTING STUDENT INNOVATION & ENTREPRENEURSHIP
PVPSIT provides a wide range of educational facilities for the students to nurture their young brains not only in the academics but also in their mental and personality development . It not only helps the students to grow in their academics but also they designed the subjects and extracurricular and co-curricular which improve innovation and entrepreneurship . The institution also encourages the students to participate in various extracurricular and co-curricular activities . They believe that academics only doesn’t provide the total amenities required for the students but innovation and extra and co-curricular makes a huge impact .
Inspirational Talks :
The institution conducts awareness sessions such as awareness on higher Education , What all it takes for a successful career , Swavalambi Bharat Abhiyan , Awareness on Emotional Well being , Design your Career-A Kick-off Session and much more . These sessions helps Students to know their potential and travel along the path that suits them .
Workshops :
Institution also provides workshops for the students on Android Development , Python Programming , Land Survey by using Total Station , Design of Antennas for 5G applications using HFSS , Free software and education , Innovative Product Design using arduino . A training program was organized named Robotics and Automation where certified faculty took sessions for the students on how to build a model . After the completion of the program students formed as a team and build some models .
Institution Innovation Cell :
Is an initiative by the institution where every can participate and rise ideas and culture of innovation among the students .
Incubation centre :
In this the students are allowed to share their ideas and help them to make their product to have their experience in start up and entrepreneurship .
It also provides various training programs for the enhancement of skills in the students such as communication , inter and intra personal skills . Few Such Training programs are

ENCOURAGING FACULTY INNOVATION AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP
The Faculty in the PVPSIT are also encouraged in innovation and entrepreneurship . They are encouraged to attend workshops , seminars etc and later share their learning experience and with other faculty as well as students . Research , idea generation and paper presentation are given priority . The main idea is to improve the faculty experience and encourage them to learn new things and come up with solutions for the problems . .
As a part of innovation the faculty in the Institution invented Automated Sanitizer Dispenser during pandemic times . The institution is also collaborated with the Industries and organising a program named Train the Trainer program for the Faculty by Virtusa and EPAM and later on students will get trained on the same . Also the institution endeavours the faculty to engage them in Research and Development ( R & D ) and also in innovation . The workshops and webinars on I & E are not only for students but faculty are also having Webinars and Workshops on I & E.
