Bio
My name is Esteban Ramirez, or for people who have a hard time pronouncing it, Junior also works. After successful art shows within the lowrider community my sophomore year in high school, I started marketing my photography business where I doubled the amount of traffic on instagram. I was able to open doors towards shooting for music artists, food businesses, and publications for different magazines. Those were always fun, but the storytelling aspect you’re able to create for weddings and quinceañeras are my bread and butter. Photography led me to pursue marketing as my major at Menlo College, where I’m aspiring to be a Market Research Analyst afterwards.
Outside of projects I’m hired for, I never really like taking a camera anywhere. Living in the moment rather than watching it through a camera will always feel more amazing to me. Since the hippie side of me is already starting to come out, I’m super in love with plants and animals. I’m currently outlining a simple and sustainable hydroponics kit that people would be able to incorporate inside their homes for year round growth. My love for animals on the other hand, has to do with the multiple animals my extended family has as pets. Also being vegetarian probably has something to do with it as well.
Although I float through a bunch of different communities, I’m mostly passionate about issues revolving around mental health in younger age groups. There has been an increase in awareness but nothing has dramatically reduced rates yet. I know the resolution isn’t medication, it’s emotional intelligence.

- AP English Student of the Year (2018) - Contracted to install 40 foot long display for Sex Trafficking Awareness in Santa Clara (2018) - Collaborated with Future Coalition to document the Climate Strike in San Francisco (Oct, 2019) - Assisted with Rent Relief for Immigrants during Covid-19 initiative through offering FaceTime Photoshoots and donating proceeds (2020)
