Travis Kening is a University Innovation Fellow, who is majoring in Biomedical Engineering. He began attending the Purdue School of Engineering at IUPUI in the Fall of 2017, after graduating from high school in the Western Suburbs of Chicago.&nbsp;He began searching for opportunities to get involved to make change when he came across IUPUI’S IDEA Fellows and the UIF program. He is excited to combine the skills he is learning in Biomedical Engineering with the design thinking skills to create lasting change. In his free time, Travis enjoys running. He completed his first marathon in the fall of 2018 and plans to keep training to improve his times.

Travis Kening is a University Innovation Fellow, who is majoring in Biomedical Engineering. He began attending the Purdue School of Engineering at IUPUI in the Fall of 2017, after graduating from high school in the Western Suburbs of Chicago. He began searching for opportunities to get involved to make change when he came across IUPUI’S IDEA Fellows and the UIF program. He is excited to combine the skills he is learning in Biomedical Engineering with the design thinking skills to create lasting change. In his free time, Travis enjoys running.
