She looks forward to working in and contributing to the growing intersection of these three areas of interest. Outside of the classroom, Makenzie is a leader of Kent State's computer science oragnization, Hacksu, and a co-organizer of Kent State's annual hackathons, Kent Hack Enough and the Fashion Tech Hackothon. Mackenzie is a member of FSO, the Fashion Students Organization, and has volunteered as a stylist for thier fashion shows.
