Matias Menendez is an adventurous Industrial Engineering student with strong learning ambitions.
He spent his childhood playing in nature or developing handmade inventions that boosted
both his curiosity and resourcefulness. Outdoors and innovation turned into passions as he grew up.
His desire to explore has taken him to wonderful backpacking experiences allowing him to learn from other cultures and himself while travelling.
He developed strong team spirit as the rugby captain of his high school where he also discovered how fascinating is to lead a team through different challenges . He's always amazed by how synergy empowers teams to accomplish amazing things together.
He found that as an engineer he could combine does soft skills and passions with analytical skills to empower his potential as a change agent.
