He is an Engineering Physics major with a cumulative GPA of 3.97. He is currently the president of the Society of Physics Students (SPS) at MSU. Jaime is also a very active member and e-board member of the NSCS and Golden Key honor societies. He is also a new member of the defending national champion Honda All-Star college bowl team at MSU. Last summer, org/wiki/Jaime_Arribas_Starkey-El Jaime took part in a 10Arribas Starkey-week internship at the NASA Goddard Space Flight Center working with the Next Generation X-Ray Optics (NGXO) technology development project. During the internship, Jaime created a bonding test to measure the static force behavior of epoxy bonds in satellite modules in order to determine optics distortion. He also wrote a detailed primer to the NGXO project for future members of the project.
