Fellow:Charan Sai Pala

Charan Sai Pala is a senior Student at “Madanapalle Institute of Technology & Science” and also working as Marketing Manager (Asia & Pacific) for Varenya Softech, a Bangalore based Software Company. He is currently studying Electronics and communication Engineering. He grew up in Chittoor district of Andhra Pradesh state in INDIA with a strong love on exploring. He is very passionate about exploring and always show interest in learning things outside the class. His experiences inside and outside the classroom have built him into the person he is today, with a heart for innovation and a mind for engineering. He put this enthusiasm into his invention. He is a student with innovative ideas and having excellent academic challenges who always tries to take lead role in any such activity that ensures student entrepreneurial mind set. He has a strong hold in collaborative student activities and foremost to initiate any such institutional events. In a bid to finding way, he embark on all skills and gain the power of speaking with purpose and vision. He tries to find new opportunities by being proactive and building confidence for himself. He would be always there to strengthen his teammates but sometimes he goes mild. He is a person who strongly believes to be a change agent. He is a coordinator for Student Quality Assurance Cell, Entrepreneurship Development cell for MITS and also Student Coordinator for Students Clubs’- Yoga & Meditation. He is also working with Andhra Pradesh State Skill Development Corporation for changing higher education in India. He is a University Innovation fellow for the fall cohort, 2016. From the University Innovation Fellows program he hopes to develop, improve upon, and spread skills in innovation and entrepreneurship. It will provide an exceptional networking opportunity for him. Other interests, He is a Foodie & fond of Chicken specially.
